Remedy has been appointed by a leading UK law firm to undertake extensive brand research and analysis to help identify, articulate and develop a powerful brand position to differentiate it from competing law firms.
Remedy’s consultants are running a series of internal workshops, competitor analysis and external perception studies, combined with a firm-wide staff survey to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm, its values and how it is currently perceived in the market place. This will enable us to identify any current gaps between the vision, brand and culture. The research will be analysed and we will present recommendations for future brand development.
Through better understanding and messaging of the firm’s brand, we can encourage consistent brand behaviour from its people and an improved brand experience for its customers. Ultimately, the firm’s brand is embodied in its employees – they directly influence client choice, retention and, critically, customer satisfaction.
